Exposure to fitness activities is needed for the ID/DD community.

Do you have a passion for fitness?  Tai Chi?  Yoga?  Zumba?   If yes, Great!   We have open volunteer spots for group leaders.  

If no, we still need you!  Help to give out water, facilitate registration and other needed roles.
